Care & Keeping
The metal lines in your piece may naturally deepen in tone over time — it’s part of the personality of stained glass as it settles into your space. If you’d like to bring a little brightness back, a tiny bit of finishing wax and a gentle buff will do it.
Keep your glass somewhere steady, away from heavy vibration or doors that tend to slam. A quick check of the hanging hardware every now and then is always a good idea, just to make sure everything stays secure.
A small note: stained glass is traditionally soldered with lead. It’s totally safe to hang and enjoy — just be sure to wash your hands after handling it directly. Not intended for small hands to play with.

Hanging Your Piece
Hang your glass on a secure hook or nail that can support its weight — simple and sturdy works best. If there’s a chain, let it hang from both sides so the piece stays balanced. Windows are beautiful for shifting light and color, but anywhere with soft daylight will let it shine.
Find it a spot where it can just live and glow. It’ll do the rest. ✨
Cleaning
Most of the time, a soft, dry cloth is all you need. If it needs a little extra care, use a lightly damp microfiber cloth and go slow. Skip ammonia-based cleaners (like Windex) — they can dull the finish. No heavy scrubbing and no soaking.
Gentle is the vibe.
